We take the health and safety of our teams and other site staff extremely seriously and look to exceed the levels expected by our clients.

We want all of our staff to go home safe and well at the end of every day, and we have comprehensive training and support in place to ensure that is the case.
All of our site staff have CSCS cards, and our plant operators have the relevant qualifications for the plant they are operating
We are CHAS and SMAS accredited
We are very proud of the comprehensive individual training and development programmes that we have in place for every member of our team.
Each person has a training plan tailored to their needs and aspirations whether that be for aspiring plant operators or fencers, or any other specialism within our organisation.
Communication is also very high on our list of priorities, and this is demonstrated by monthly health and safety meetings held with our site supervisors where there is a two-way flow of information and suggestions to enhance our operating procedures in order to minimise risks even further.
We hold regular training days for all site staff and toolbox talks are delivered as required where there is a specific need on site or for any other area of the business.
